One Garage, Every Sport
At the Fitness Garage, we provide one-on-one, sports-specific training with your own personal performance coach. Get a program designed just for you, tailored around your needs and your sport. After going through the initial pre-testing session (used to help gauge a starting point and formulate a plan) we design a program that will help you reach your goals. We offer a variety of personal training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete or a recreational athlete, we have the personal trainers and the programs that will exceed your demands.
Training Your Way
As an individual you have several options. You can sign up for one-on-one training with your individual performance coach. You can also join one of our high impact group training programs, or our goal-oriented classes. You also have the opportunity to work with one of our experts on sport-specific skill training such as: baseball, football, basketball and soccer. The Fitness Garage crew is committed to optimizing athletic performance and reducing the potential for injury through comprehensive training programs that improve core strength and balance, increase explosive power, enhance agility and speed in the sport of your choice.
